Do I need to leave a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable $50 or $100 deposit is required to book. Deposits are only accepted through Venmo, Zelle, debit, or credit card. This amount goes toward your final session.

How do I pay?

Payment is due at the end of each session.
Cash is preferred, but I also accept Venmo, Zelle, debit, and credit cards.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Please give at least 48 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit.

How are appointments scheduled?

Appointments are booked for a minimum of 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the tattoo, or for full-day sessions (8 hours).

How far apart are sessions for large tattoos?

Sessions are typically spaced 3 weeks apart, depending on availability.

When will I see my tattoo design?

Your design will be prepared the night before or the same day of your first session.
In some cases it can be shown earlier, but please understand that other clients are on the same timeline and it’s more efficient to work in order.

How long does it take to receive a response to a request or idea?

I usually reply within the first 7 days after receiving your message or form.

Which location will my appointment be at?

I currently tattoo at Pino Bros Ink, with locations in Cambridge (Harvard Square) and Waltham.
Here’s my regular schedule:

• Cambridge: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday

• Waltham: Thursday and Saturday

 

That said, I’m flexible. If you can’t make it to the assigned location on a specific day, I’ll do my best to adjust based on your needs and availability.
I always try to book your session at the most convenient location for both of us.
